Heart shape Pink Sapphire and Diamond Pendant. 
 
A Platinum pendant set with a heart shape Pink Sapphire and 3 small Diamonds in the bail at the top. The pinks Sapphire is a heat treated, as most are, and measures approximately 6mm x 6mm and weighs approximately 0.63cts. The Diamonds are very small, weighing approximately 0.03cts,  but do add a bit of sparkle.
 
This is available either with a chain or without (see the variations). The chain I've selected to go with it is an 18ct white gold trace chain, simply because of the cost of Platinum chains being so high.
